What to eat this Thanksgiving

Although traditionally Thanksgiving is not celebrated in Australia, each year more and more expats, and some Aussies, are embracing this American day of thanks. So here’s a quick guide on what to eat this Thanksgiving.

Similar to Christmas, Thanksgiving usually involves a table full of delicious food with a turkey taking centre stage. Other dishes include crispy roast potatoes, creamy cauliflower cheese and no Thanksgiving table is complete without a pumpkin pie. In fact, pumpkin only plays second fiddle to the turkey on this day.

Whether you participate in Thanksgiving or not, you’ll appreciate this fabulous collection of recipes that can no doubt feature large on your menu on Christmas Day making it stress free and tasty. Now that’s something to give thanks about!
