Uber Eats’ top 20 food trend predictions for 2018

From naked burgers, smashed avo, cronuts to poke bowls, Australia has been lucky enough to enjoy some big food trends in recent times.

But there is one ingredient that the food delivery platform, Uber Eats’ predicts will takeover Australia in 2018; pickles! If you enjoy them on your burgers, in salads or on their own. Pickles are set to make their mark this year.

To uncover more foodie favourites, Uber Eats’ looked at ingredients and dishes that experienced spikes in Australia over the last 6 months.
