Send the kids to school with bread sushi rolls
One week into the new school term and already running out of lunchbox ideas? No need to opt for soggy sandwiches or tuck-shop treats: there’s a new lunchbox filler in town. Bread sushi rolls, using Helga’s breads, combine the fun of sushi with the wholesomeness of a salad sandwich with the lot.
Salad ingredients are wrapped up to form a portable, little-hand-sized sushi roll – an easy recipe for kids to try making – perfect for eating on the go, and for those in a hurry to get to the playground.
This handy video features three flavour combinations to try: tuna sushi, ham and cheese sushi and turkey sushi.
