With the edginess of Mambo as a brand expect to see wild variety of different Aussie classics and old-school canteen favourites.

It all starts from the time you order – write what you want on the back of a brown paper bad and hand it over the counter.

On the menu you’ll find things like a beef and ‘Mambo-mite’ pie, devon sandwiches, choccy milk, warrigal green and ricotta roll, finger lime bun, macadamia wattleseed vanilla slice and a strawberry spider ice blocks. This clever menu has been designed by the Pinbone crew, plus Pure Pops, Paper Bird, LP’s Quality Meats and Yu-Ching Lee.
