Homemade Mushroom Fried Rice recipe

An easy recipe to make in a big batch, Fried Rice is the perfect idea for weeknight dinners. Ready in 30 minutes, simply toss the recipe ingredients together in a large wok and serve!

While this idea is so beautifully brought together with Australian Mushrooms, chicken, prawns and an egg omelette (just to name a few of the delicious ingredients) you really can add anything from your fridge. This recipe is the perfect opportunity to use up frozen peas, that half of the capsicum from yesterday’s sauce or the leftover fresh ginger from this morning’s juice!
