If you are like us then leftover pancakes are a rarity, but on the odd chance you do have leftovers, pack a pancake or pikelet in the lunchbox for morning tea!
Make eggs a filling and delicious lunch
Eggs make a fantastic lunch that is not only protein-rich but filling enough to take you right through to dinner time. Make a delicious frittata for the lunchbox or create a fresh salad with the addition of boiled or poached eggs.
