Easy tapas style garlic mushroom recipe

As we welcome in this new delightful season, we can also welcome back our beloved alfresco dining season. As the evenings slowly get lighter, entertaining outside is a no-brainer. Spring also signals the time to start spring cleaning our pantries – and the time to retire well-used winter warming dishes, welcoming in an array of vibrant and fresh spring dishes.

These oh-so scrumptious tapas style garlic mushrooms are a wonderful way to kick off alfresco dining season – a gorgeous side plate or tapas dish to serve to your guests at your next spring dining event. It also makes a great, speedy side dish to be enjoyed for a family dinner during the week. These mushies are combined with olive oil, garlic (of course), smokey paprika, chopped parsley and finished off with a seasoning of salt and pepper. They are that easy, and who could say no?
