The new way to enjoy chicken korma

With the cooler weather comes a whole new array of warming, flavoursome and hearty recipes that are made to be enjoyed through winter; such as roasts, anything slow-cooked, stews and of course curries. The mix of spices and other ingredients in curries makes for a delicious and warming wintry meal.

We like so many, love a good curry any time of the year and a Chicken Korma is an essential in the curry lovers club.  But why settle for the same-old-same-old way of enjoying your Korma when you can try these family-friendly (or indeed party ready) chicken korma meatballs instead!  This recipe is made with Passage to India Korma Simmer Sauce which also means dinner will be quick and easy!  Simply blend and cook the chicken meatballs, add your simmer sauce and let the magic happen.

Make weeknight dinners even easier by making a large batch of meatballs and freezing them in portions.

Korma curry has a delightfully mild flavour, which makes it great for younger members of the family to try. The idea of serving these extremely delicious meatballs with coconut rice and lettuce cups also gives it a nice light and fresh feel too.
