Oh, if we had a penny for every moment we’ve made this kind of justification. But really, life is just too short to never say yes to cream on top or enjoy what you really crave from time to time.
We think that healthy smoothies and not so healthy shakes both have a place in our lives. Sure their place might not be equal, but heck we enjoy both and why shouldn’t we!
Our friends at The Dairy Kitchen have been playing around with their blender, and have shared with us two very different drink recipes. The first of the smoothie recipes is a Carrot, Pineapple and Citrus flavoured smoothie. Healthy and filled with nutritious ingredients that will power you through the day. The second is a very naughty… But oh so delicious, Turkish Delight Smoothie. Okay you say… A raspberry smoothie, perhaps with a little rosewater, possibly a pistachio or two… How great could it be? The answer, very great. Take whatever your imagining, add melted chocolate, whipped cream, Turkish delight chocolate, mini pink meringues anddd a fun drinking straw… and there you have it.
