Foodbank meal planner: Dinner and dessert recipes

Take the fuss out of weeknight dinners by planning ahead with simple, classic recipes.

These achievable, budget-friendly ideas were created in conjunction with Foodbank for the 2016 Food Fight. When you use selected products to make these recipes in the month of August, donations from the products go towards fighting hunger in Australia.

When you make these dinner and dessert recipes you won’t just be feeding your family, you’ll be helping to support Aussies in need.

How to use the meal planner

  1. View the Foodbank menu planner recipes and collect them at myfoodbook – this way you will always have them saved and organised in one place.
  2. Write a list of the ingredients you need before you do your weekly shop. Don’t forget to look out for the Foodbank supported products in Woolworths.
  3. Create the recipes in support of the 2016 Food Fight.

Chicken Parmigiana or “parma” as we like to call it – is an Aussie classic. Make this easy version with Ardmona tomatoes, Primo Honey Ham and Devondale Long Life Milk as a way to support the Foodbank Food Fight in August.
