There is something ever so moorish about a slow cooked rack of lamb. The richness it creates and the tender result that comes from slow roasting in the oven. Made simply in a personal blender, this marinade comes together in less than 10 seconds. Once blended, simply transfer to a snap lock bag, and marinade for four hours – overnight. The lamb takes on an incredible element of flavour, that when cooked, is the ultimate dinner party dish.
