How to use up Christmas leftovers

We convince ourselves each and every year that we need the biggest ham available. That we definitely need three trays of potatoes rather than two, and that just a few desserts simply won’t do.

And so, each and every year, we find ourselves in the same position. With a huge amount of leftovers. All the family go home with tupperware containers full of food (we can’t help ourselves), and for days we eat extravagant christmas food (not that we are complaining).
