Easy one-pan dinner recipes

Those in charge of the weeknight dinners are sure to tell you that they would gladly offload the responsibility of washing up. And when that’s not an option, it’s one-pan recipes for the win!

One-pan dinner recipes are the epitome of simple weeknight meals. Toss your ingredients in, let them cook away with an occasional stir of the spoon and ta-dah dinner for the family.

It’s amazing what one single good-quality wok or heavy duty fry-pan can do come dinner time. It’s certainly an investment kitchen item, so when chosen correctly it should stick around for life! Our top tip is to pick a stainless steel or cast iron frypan that doesn’t have a plastic handle. This way, any dish that calls to start off on the stove and finish off in the oven (like an omelette) will be easy as pie.
