Easy Chicken and Mushroom Crepe Bake

A deliciously creamy dinner is always a favourite with the family. But before you turn to an old faithful zippy pasta recipe or a great risotto – consider this incredible Chicken and Mushroom Crepe Bake that we made with Devondale 3 Cheese Blend. A blend of cheddar, mozzarella and parmesan!

Filled with a portion of Cheesy Béchamel Sauce coated chicken and mushrooms, this idea is a substantial dinner that can easily feed a family. You won’t even have to make your own crepes, as these store bought ones work perfectly for this idea. And, these crepes only take a short time to de-frost.

If you want to mix this recipe up, try using this base Béchamel Sauce recipe and replacing the chicken and mushrooms with:

  • Smoked salmon
  • Tuna, corn and broccoli
  • Pumpkin and bacon

Top this yummy dish with cheese and bake to create the ultimate golden top. Then, serve with a fresh side salad of mixed lettuce leaves and cherry tomatoes.
